All Sales Are Final Due to the handmade and personal care nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. We appreciate your understanding as a small family-owned business.
Heat & Shipping Disclaimer Our natural whipped balms and tallow-based products may soften or melt during transit in warm climates — especially in Florida summers.
- Melted products are still fully effective and usable
- Texture changes do not affect the quality or value of the product
- Heat-affected items are not eligible for replacement
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- A photo of the damaged item
- Your order number
We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
